Those of you aware of bird migration habits are also aware of the blue martins springtime ritual of checking out birdhouses as they migrate back to their summer habitat.  Due to the size of the martin birdhouse and the height at which it needs to be mounted these habitats tilt to one side as the frustrated property owners have given up trying to keep them upright against the winds.  These 2 birds appear to have found a new summer home and are ready to settle in.

Punch needle is a specific type of embroidery where a hollow needle is punched into a piece of fabric repeatedly to create thread loops that are held together by the weave tension of the weavers cloth.
