This country barn punch needle kit provides the challenge of feature outlining (barn doors) as well as making use of the verigated thread to add texture to the fields and barn. Inspired by a country barn seen in our travels the sheep were added to the punch needle project to add life to a drab farmyard. This was Bob's first attempt at punch needle design and both he and Lisa punched the project without seeing the direction of the other's project. Lisa's completed project turned out the be the better rendition due to her experience with detail and use of the multiple colors in the verigated thread to show direction and detail. This pinch needle kit is an intermediate level complexity punch needle project that is fun to make.
